First recieved a shoe of size 42 and on website it was written 38.Then when I contacted them ,they said send it back to us and bear the shipment cost for Sunday bazar's mistake by mentioning wrong size on website. Then when I reached courier company I came to know on my parcel or Sunday bazar website, there is no physical address mentioned where I am supposed to send parcel. Above all this even the customer care person on WhatsApp number did not bother sharing address when she asked to send parcel back to her. Then I called them multiple times, standing at leopards and nobody bothered answering calls or messages for address. I came back to home,went back again to leopard next day and honestly it was more than frustrating for me.

The shoes’ quality and overall product were good. I ordered two pairs, but unfortunately, one pair was much bigger than the required size and I wanted to exchange it. However, the exchange policy and process were so inconvenient that I couldn’t complete the exchange. As a result, I had no choice but to keep the oversized pair. The product quality is good, but the exchange policy definitely needs improvement
